Frequently asked questions
How involved will CBS actually be in my project?
That depends on what you need. Some clients want CBS to handle everything from planning through to interiors; others already have a contractor and want CBS supervising on their side. We scope the level of involvement around your project during our first conversation.
Can CBS handle everything from planning to interiors, or just construction?
Yes — CBS covers design and planning, residential and commercial construction, construction consulting, interior design and execution, and specialised civil engineering works, all under one team.
I already have a contractor — can CBS still be involved?
Yes. Our Client-Side Project Supervision service is built exactly for this — CBS acts on your behalf, providing professional supervision, monitoring and technical coordination so your interests are properly represented, independent of who's building.
How are costs planned and controlled?
Pricing is project-specific and depends on scope, size, location and the level of involvement you need — there's no fixed price list. We work through the numbers with you during planning, before construction begins.
How is quality and site work monitored?
We stay involved throughout — coordinating the important aspects of the project, monitoring the work on site, and helping you make practical decisions if issues come up during construction.
Does CBS help after the project is handed over?
Yes — our relationship doesn't end at handover. CBS remains available to support clients with issues, maintenance-related concerns and other building needs that come up afterwards.
