CBS grew from the experience of taking on technically challenging building projects, where careful planning, engineering judgement and close project coordination were essential.
Much of CBS's early work involved sites and buildings that needed more than standard execution — projects where ground conditions, structural requirements or technical scope called for engineering judgement from the outset. Understanding the site and the project's real requirements came first, before any planning or construction decisions were made.
That approach — identifying technical challenges early, coordinating each stage of the work, and staying closely involved from planning through to handover — became the foundation for how CBS operates today. It's the same approach the company brings to every project, regardless of scale.

Complete Building Solution (CBS) is a construction and engineering company with around 15 years of experience across residential, commercial, institutional and industrial projects.
The company brings together planning, engineering coordination, construction, project supervision and interior solutions — giving clients one professional team to coordinate the project from the early stages through to completion.
CBS's approach is built around understanding each project carefully, coordinating the technical and execution requirements, solving challenges practically, and maintaining quality throughout.
Founded by Pradeesh Vidyadharan, a civil engineer, CBS continues to take an active role in planning, coordination, supervision and execution across a wide range of building projects.
